Spacs are falling short of their promises

Are these type of companies too good to be true? Plenty of people have been buying into their success stories - "in 2020 alone, Spacs raised as much cash as they had done over the entire preceding decade, and 2021 has already surpassed this total." But, Rana Foroohar argues that new research suggests that most of them are an unstable risk for keen investors.
